Match report Playing a strong Nomads team, SACC took the field first and got off to a very good start with two quick wickets. Nomads recovered well and finished on a very acceptable 227-7 in their 40 overs (70 of those runs coming in the last 6 overs). Cowley 2-14,Taylor 2-21, Dawes 2-28. Taking the game to the oposition SACC got off to a great start with Munoz and Dawes scoring well ahead of the asking rate. A quite period in the middle of the game following some accurate Nomads bowling meant that SACC were always looking unlikely to pull off the win. In spite of an excellent 120 not out from Christian Munoz we ended just 20 runs short and with 9 wickets down. Congratulations to the Nomads skipper, Tom Brockton, who took 5-37. Result match drawn.
