AGM is to be held on January the 16th in the Lewis Hut at the Woodbridge oval,  Albir. at 4 pm.

New proposals for any of the Officers, please state. Position. i.e. Chairman- proposed name- Proposer- seconder.  Please put proposal in writing
before the 2nd of January.

Proposals at present.
Proposed K Laundon Seconded G Evans.
1/ a. New Format for Captains. a-1st team. b-Saturday. c-2nd team. d-Sunday. e-SACC XL.
Reason being many games are played during season and a different way of captaining is
necessary in the two formats, it allows a wider interpretation of the game to be played,
whilst hopefully give the selected captains a little respite during the season. 
Obviously only if the above is passed
1/ b. Team selection, day to be decided by captains, but a discussion on the players required
in particular matches between captains will help make the matches more enjoyable and
hopefully bring a little refreshed thinking to the Saturday, Sunday and midweek sectioned
thinking we employ now.
2. An increase in match fee´s  Seniors 10 euro´s. Juniors 6 euro´s.
3. Ibiza tour - not to be sponsored by club,
4. Madrid matches to be a night stop over, it seems unfair to ask players to travel on the day of
the match and then travel back. Discuss before match or after for the stop. 
5. Remove the car money from matches that are less than 100km away from Albir.
