1. Neil showed details of possible venue for Xmas do
incl menu for 24e per head including half bottle wine
per person.Venue is called Amics in Albir.5 choices
of starter,mains & sweet.It was agreed to book for
FRI 28th NOV.
2.Ginny said the Council want a breakdown of how
many members ( senior & Junior) plus social that we
have.neil to arrange.
3.Ginny said the Council would like us to be at the
sports presentation day on Sun 12th Oct.We have
a match on that day so may be difficult.
4.Fixtures looking good for 2015 with only a few dates not filled.
5.We must have a full committee meeting before the dinner & suggested that have it on SAT 25th OCT
as we have a game that day.
