Sporting Alfas Cricket Club Lost MTS give SACC academy a cricket lesson

Match report Merchant Taylor School give SACC Academy a lesson, SACC,s young side never expected to win against a very mature MTS team, Batting first and SACC giving all the team a bowl the visitors reached 171 off the alloted 25 overs. Needing 6 an over was always going to be a big ask off the SACC youngsters and they did exceptionally well to reach 47 for 8 from the 25 overs bowled. This was most of the lads first game and they all enjoyed the evening. Pick of the SACC batting line up was Elliot Dawes who kindly retired in the last over allowing the last batsman Mathew Cowley his first trip to the middle where he joined Kieron Perman also playing his first game, bowling honours went to Antonio Brown who claimed 2 wkts.
