Match report Todays match was a fantastic game between two evenly matched SACC teams but nobody could have guessed the result would be a tie.
The day really belonged to Keira, SACC along with a list of sponsers, raised a little money towards the cost of a treatment that is going to cost her family around 15k, the day was enjoyed by a good crowd many who had never witnessed cricket before, all enjoyed the day and many joined in the fun side of the event. Raffles, tombollers, cake sales, book sales and donations all helped raise money to help this family reach their goal. All youngsters played a quick cricket game in the tea break, all enjoyed the entertainment.
The season as begun again, every weekend Cricket will be played at the Woodbridge Oval, come along and enjoy the game or better still get in touch and register your interest in Playing, Umpiring, scoring or coaching, all are given a warm welcome at the Costa blancas busiest club.
Next week we entertain the City Lions from Barcalona. Saturday and Sunday 1pm start.
