Sporting Alfas Cricket Club Lost SACC lose again.

Match report SACC first eleven came up against County Hall and really never got going. Batting first SACC never started to look like the champions of Spain and paid the Price by losing heavily against a strong County Hall side. A short explanation is all that is needed as SACC lost both openers in the first 6 overs for only 14 runs, after 10 over´s the score had reached a lowly 22 with the County Hall bowlers regularly hitting the correct spot. after 20 the score had crept to 55 but two more wickets had fallen. At the thirty over mark 107 for 6 and it looked like the Alfas team did not know how to bat. the end came suprisingly in the 40th over for a below par 151. All the County Hall bowlers doing a good job. SACC needed to get away to a good start but it never happened and County Hall went about the job with a grim determination that insured the total was reached with out any fuss. Dawson(47) the only wicket to fall. N Barnaby top scored with 79 and Stevensher 13. Muñoz the only SACC bowler to take a wicket. With the league starting in two weeks SACC had better prepare them selves or the title will elude them in the coming season.
