Match report Great game between SACC midweek eleven and the new boys from Valencia, Levante CC. Batting first and getting of to an awful start SACC opener McKinstry was ran out second ball then Evans and Cooper took the score along at 1 an over for the first 17 overs. Luckily the Levante bowlers helped out with most of the runs. After 20 overs only 50 runs were on the score board so an hard afternoon´s work looked needed, SACC batsman managed to scrape together another 130 from the final 20 overs so a under par score of 189 was set. Levante batsmen came and went but the score rose steadely and 191 was reached from the 40th over with 1 ball to spare and 1 wicket in hand so the first game between Levante and SACC this year went to the new boys in a thrilling and well played game.
