Sporting Alfas Cricket Club Won SACC 1st X1 win

Match report Harpendon CC asked to bat and with Captain M Fordon leading from the front reached 185 against the SACC 1st team. Wickets fell regulary and all the SACC bowlers did the job well and the wickets were shared evenly. but Harpendon´s final 2 wickets did not fall, a shame after a good display. The openers for the SACC 1st eleven set about the Harpendon bowlers and the win came in the 17th over only Spencer(62) falling to a rare good one from Chairman P Pennick starring for the opposition whome he played for in the UK. Muñoz(13) again batted for his team and helped S Ali(102) reach his ton in the final over of the match, A good time was had by both teams, a merry and loud time in the HUT ended a great day, we are looking forward to next years tour.
