Dear members,


As always the year comes to a sudden end and it is time to review our season.


This year the AGM will be on Wednesday the 12th December at the ground.

Hopefully if numbers are OK the end of season presentation will be at Fandango's on the
following Friday 14th or Saturday 15th. Your choice. Please state your preference ASAP as we need to know numbers and
allow time to get organised.

6) Fixture Secretary´s report.

7) Proposals for Committee positions, groundsman and cabin manager:

A) Non paid positions:

- All current Committee members have agreed to re-stand for their respective positions for 2013, should members agree.
-Sue Crompton has been proposed as Social Secretary.
- Midweek captain and academy captain currently vacant.

Any proposals for any of these positions must be put forward in writing to club secretary (benjaminjames_fletcher@hotmail.com) no later than the 1st of December to be considered.

B) Paid positions:

-Jason has resigned as cabin manager, so new Committee will be interviewing in January. Please put yourself forward for position before or on the night of the AGM to be considered. Financial Agreement is for 50% of the cabin profits.

-Jeff Bellis has agreed to continue as groundsman should members agree, on the understanding that he will require help over Summer. Again, any other proposals for this position should be put forward before or on the night of the AGM to be considered. New Committee will interview in January. Financial Agreement is 10€ per hour
