MEMBERSHIP
People wishing to play for the club, and to have a say in club business should pay membership ASAP. Nonpaid persons playing are not covered by insurance, so will not be picked.
Anyone unsure of their payment ask. A list will be put up on group chat.
ALL OTHER BUSINESS
Aitor request into looking at live streaming of games via computer and cameras this was agreed by all and in the hands of the committee.
Tyrone is continuing work at the ground around the net area and general repairs as requested, with many thanks.
Teas should always be available for home team.
A list of club fixtures to be printed and laminated on headed paper to be gives out around local area e.g. bars and shops. T Ames accepting the challenge.
Results of fixtures are once again going to be posted in local papers if possible. Captains too make sure results go onto website.
Umpires are to be given more respect from players, for the time and effort they put into the games on match day.
The floor and committee agreed that an official training evening be brought back in. To help with club communications and helping newer players understand the game. This to be arranged when convenient with players.
On the 20th of June a group of 72 children are coming to the club, as they have for a few years. We need volunteers to help out with games and general coaching. Time. 9.00am till 12.30pm.
ECL money has now been received. A list of expenses is now required from players for this to be released.
Ian informed the meeting that Phil Pennick was given €1000.00, €800.00 was for last year's Ibiza tour and €200.00 as an advance on expenses for players.
IBIZA
As agree at last EGM €800.00 to be given by the club to help with expenses. Was noted that accommodation had risen, and bank holiday weekend had made the trip more expensive.
No final bill has been received from Ibiza CC as yet.
A vote was then taken regarding future funding for the trip this resulted in the club not continuing its financial support.
The meeting agreed to continue with the maximum payment of €70.00 to stay available to use for club members for important games when necessary. Copy of invoices to be given to treasurer.
